The Mission market has quietly shifted gears. With median prices around $239,000 and homes sitting an average of 80–100 days on the market, Mission is leaning toward a buyer’s market in 2025.

That doesn’t mean it’s slow — it means balance is back. Buyers can finally negotiate closing costs or price adjustments, and sellers have to be strategic with pricing and condition.

Mission’s appeal — larger lots, newer subdivisions, and proximity to the expressway — keeps it desirable. But the frenzy of multiple-offer weekends has cooled.

For buyers, patience pays off. For sellers, accurate pricing and strong marketing make all the difference. I’ve helped clients in this area land dream homes and fair deals on both sides.
